“Causeway Neurodiversity has been an amazing resource for me this past year and a bit; I’ve struggled a lot with social situations and such since my Mental Health diagnosis about a decade ago now but only recently has it came to light that I am Neurodivergent, I’m still waiting on a formal diagnosis but had it not been for Causeway Neurodiversity I’d have been even more lost. They accepted me as I am and everyone was so inviting. I find it difficult to hold any employment due to my conditions but I love having the opportunity to give back through voluntary work when I can and this charity has been a life saver to me. Not to mention it introduced me to so many lovely people as well as helped me come out of my shell and remove my mask little by little. I hope it can do the same for you too.”

“Causeway Neurodiversity has been a transformative resource for me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back. Initially, I sought support from their online community as both a teacher and parent of a neurodiverse child. Through connecting with others, I gained invaluable insights into neurodiversity, which ultimately led to my own autism diagnosis. Volunteering with Causeway Neurodiversity allows me to foster meaningful connections with like-minded individuals, contribute to normalizing neurodiversity, and help build a supportive community for my son and others. Additionally, I’ve formed lasting friendships and always enjoy the laughter and camaraderie at the coffee evenings. It’s a privilege to be part of such a vital organization.”
